🔥Replacing the team with AI tools

Alex Hormozi, the crazy US-based entrepreneur and founder of acquisitions.com, challenged his team to replace themselves with AI. In the recession market, it might be worth to take a look:

  1. Sales team:
The sales team used Compose AI for crafting more impactful email follow-ups, reducing the typical time spent on each email from 10-20 minutes. This resulted in a daily time savings of 2 hours on a standard 40-hour workweek, resulting in a 25% increase in productivity without any additional costs.

  2. Content team:
Content team found a cool trick to make 250 pieces of content every week using AI tools. They started using Resemble AI to send voice memos to possible customers. This saved them from disturbing Alex's day just to record those memos.

  3. Media team:

His media team used Runway AI to edit images and remove background sounds from videos. What used to take minutes, now takes seconds. They could replace the author's shirt and hat in seconds, and remove background sound from videos with just a few clicks.
They also put Descript into work to edit videos faster. Instead of wasting hours scanning through the entire video to find the juicy bits, Descript does the heavy lifting by transcribing the entire thing for you. Talk about a time-saver:)

  4. HR team:
HR team used this amazing tool called Colossyan to create onboarding videos. And get this - instead of having to go back to the studio every time they needed to update the video, they just tweaked the text and boom - a brand new video was generated in no time flat to onboard new employees.

  5. Recruiting team:
The team used Tavus to create more personalized outreach to approach and get top talent.

Another tool, Otter AI, saved his recruiting team 10-15 mins per call per day by taking notes from interviews. That’s an enormous amount of saved hours:)

  6. Operations team:
His Ops team used Reclaim AI to reshuffle calendars in real-time to maximize the output of the entire company by fascinating 40%!

🤓How the game of darts gave a birth to AI in Nerds camp

With all the AI buzz going around, have you wondered, where did it all started? Let’s get back in time to 1956. A time where the world was changing, scientist were experimenting with MDMA and LSD, and a new field of study was being born - artificial intelligence. It all began with four visionary individuals: John McCarthy, Marvin Minsky, Nathaniel Rochester, and Claude Shannon.

In the summer of 1952 when fate brought these nerdy pioneers together. Shannon supported Minsky and McCarthy at Bell Telephone Laboratories, where they worked on a paper on the inversion of functions defined by Turing machines.

In 1955, Nathaniel Rochester of IBM invited McCarthy to spend the summer at his Information Research Department in Poughkeepsie, NY. Little did they know that this summer would change the course of history. As they worked away, the idea of the Dartmouth workshop started to take shape. And with the help of Minsky and Shannon, they pitched the proposal to the Rockefeller Foundation, where the term AI was used for the first time, requesting funds for their vision.

But as with any great endeavor, the road to success was not easy. The Rockefeller Foundation only gave them half the money they asked for, and the participants all had their own research agendas, making it difficult to stay on track. But despite these obstacles, the workshop produced some incredible breakthroughs that have since become legendary.

One night, after a particularly intense game of darts, John McCarthy had a brilliant idea. "What if we could teach a computer to play darts?" he said. "It would be like a mini version of AI." The rest of the group laughed at first, but then they started to think about it. What if they could create a computer that could learn and adapt on its own?

For six weeks, the group worked tirelessly to create a computer program that could think for itself. They called it "the Logic Theorist," and it was the first step towards creating true artificial intelligence.

The Logic Theorist was a huge success, and the Dartmouth Workshop is now known as the birthplace of AI.

Sounds like Black Mirror scenario. It is closer than you think.

Google search for the term “AI Porn” is exploding, especially in Asian countries. “Stable Diffusion porn” is also on the rise. So much so that after a lot of criticism Stable Diffusion had to update the software for limiting NSFW generation. And users were mad!

But what does this mean for the porn industry as we know it? Well, traditional actors might become a thing of the past as AI-generated avatars and VR take center stage. And with so much money to be made in this space, we can expect rapid advancements in technology and innovation. Buckle up, because it's going to be one heck of a ride.

🗂 Which Jobs won’t be replaced by AI

We asked ChatGPT to tackle the question on everyone's mind: which jobs are safe from the encroaching grasp of AI? Everyone is screaming around about how AI will change this and that, but what’s there to stay? ChatGPT answer seems pretty legit: while automation and machine learning are rapidly transforming many industries, there are certain professions that require uniquely human skills and emotional intelligence that simply can't be replicated by machines.

Professions that ChatGPT considered challenging for AI to fully replace include Therapists, Diplomats, Judges, Early Childhood Educators, Hairstylists, and many others. These professions require human connection, empathy, and complex problem-solving skills that often involve judgment calls. Despite advances in AI technology, these professions still require the unique abilities of humans to effectively carry out their roles, according to AI itself.

That's all for now, see you next week!
